Bug: SPC Telepathy has bad description, missing modifier

Super Powers Companion, Telepathy Power

The power description is a copy/paste of the Teleport power. Does not describe Telepathy at all.

Also, unless I'm missing something, there should be two Broadcast modifier options. HL has the +1 for 1 mile broadcast option, but is missing the +3 "whole world" option.

If it matters I found this using the Mac Beta v3.9a

Thanks for pointing these out, you're right on both. I've fixed them in the base code, and the fix will come out in the next update.
