Hi,

I'm not new to Hero Lab, but I am new to using it for Savage Worlds, and I'm having a basic (and I hope easy to solve) problem. While I purchased the Super Powers Companion add-on, reapplied the License, and while the Super Powers options show up on the initial "Configure Hero" screen, once I get into the later screens it only refers to the Arcane Background: Superpowers from the core book. And it doesn't list any of the Powers from the SPC.

Thoughts? Comments? Something blatantly obvious that I'm doing incorrectly?

Please help!

Thanks.

Jonathan

Hey Jonathan,

I don't have the Supers Companion, but you may need to check the Profile Config to see if you have the Supers Companion selected.

If that doesn't work, I am sure Caped Crusader will be along shortly.

Thanks.

I'm reasonably certain I have the Super Powers Companion selected (it gives a number of follow-on options from the book as well). Unless for some reason I'm checking some other box that conflicts with it...

Still confused/frustrated.

Hmmmm... that's odd.

I'll check into the why. For now, just check 'Inherent Power' in the Configure window. That will assign the right arcane background. I must have changed something towards the end and not re-checked this. The downside to this is that it doesn't charge you for the Edge.

THANK YOU! That totally worked. Now I can build the characters I need. Worst case, I just give them one less Edge, right? Thanks very much!
