B5 file 2.2

Greetings all...after way too long I've finally finished the next release for the files...I've added the Dilgar and the tournament rules...As usual please help me find the bugs...This was another big rewrite (double checking all of the ships for tourny changes) so some probably snuck in...

Oh, and I forgot to fix the ally fighter issue...

Edit: correct that, the Ally thing should be fixed...It was surprisingly easy after quite a bit of expirimentation I suddenly realised I was going at it all wrong...Duh!

The fighter counts should be fixed...please get back to me about this as it's always been a tricky thing to track...
