Building a fighter and after selecting Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization, Greater Weapon Focus, and Greater Weapon Specialization I am getting an error on Gtr Weapon Spec saying fWepSpc required.

In the editor it shows Weapon Specialization as having the id fWepSpec. In addition the feat pre-reqs for Gtr Weapon Spec has Weapon Focus, Gtr Weapon Focus, and fWepSpc ticked (but not the normal Weapon Spec that is listed).

[Using Pathfinder 14.16 files]

Confirmed. This worked properly for me before the Pathfinder V14.16 update. Something in that seems to have broken the Gr Wpn Spec. I'll report it as a bug, you should do that too.

Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew).
HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP).

DM and player of D&D since 1980.

Confirmed as well. I created a 12th-level fighter, with no addition sources checked, so it's only the Core Rulebook. I added Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization, and Greater Weapon Focus, all for battleaxe. Greater Weapon Specialization is greyed out, saying "fWepSpc required". I'm using Hero Lab for Windows V8.8f and Pathfinder RPG V14.16.

I got a reply to this bug report yesterday. It seems to have cropped up after their last update, and Lone Wolf hopes to have an update out soon to fix this.
