Enhanced Tank works no longer

There is a soldier style technique called Enhanced Tank that allows you to install additional armor upgrade to your armors at half price. After some update part of UI that allows you to install this additional armor uprade dissapeared. I wrote to support about this bug, they answered about going to look into this issue, and that's all. More than two months have passed since it and there are no changes about Enhanced Tank. Please repair a thing that worked before, it is not a new feature.
