Is it true, No Vampires in Bestiary 1?

So I just bought Bestiary 1 and was highly disappointed when I couldn't find Liche or Vampire. I noticed that they could be templates, but I am not sure how to access that information if it is in fact apart of that data pack. Anyone out there help a new guy out.

You access templates on the class tab, from the same menu that you select class levels from. Just scroll down a bit further.
