[40k] Bout that time again

So in reading CA 2004, I noticed that they put the rules for the Cursed
Company in. I figure its about time that I haul my Legion of the Dammned
out, and kick some arse around the table. However, when I tried to create a
list using AB, I'm coming across some errors that I thought I should put up.

a) Independent Characters and Vet. Sarges only get one weapon choice. I.e.
if I want to chose a Plasma Pistol/Power Weapon combo, once I click on PA,
every other option becomes greyed out. I thought it was just me, and maybe
I missed that they already had a 2nd close combat weapon, but no. Even the
option to get a pair of lighting claws is greyed out. Seems to affect the
Space Marine Heros, and the Librarian.

b)if a model is given an Iron Halo, the save becomes 3+/6+(i)/4+(i)

any ideas/fixes?
