**Sorry if I am posting this for the second time, i lost the first one.
So I am brand new to Realm Works and just digging into everything. But the first road block is understanding how to link my players into my realm. They all will have player versions and my wife has setup her account.. In the realm how will I link her Character in my realm.

Load Realmworks, login, and go to the Messages tab. Create an invite there.

Awesome, I am right up to that point.
Now I have my first player "Fred" it looks like Fred can see the the stuff I have uncovered.
But "Fred" is playing the PC "Red The Elf"
How do I link "Red The Elf" the "Fred"?

At this time, I'm pretty positive you can't link to a character.

Reveals are all or nothing. All players can see or no players can see.

Reveals are proposed to be at the character level eventually. This feature was requested during the KickStarter and devs acknowledged that stubs are in place within the code to make it happen. Some day.

We've also talked about adding the ability for GMs to assign items (Topics/Articles/etc.) to people so they can edit them and/or letting people create items themselves. If you have a Topic for a PC, likely you'd want to let the player control it.

But for now, you might add a "Player" Snippet to a PC's Topic and fill it in with the name of the player.

As @AEIOU pointed out above, content is currently either revealed to all players or nobody. I believe what you're asking for is what we've called "Individual Character Reveal". This capability will allow you to selectively reveal content to specific characters, not just players. This was one of the top-3 requested items in the feature survey we just completed, and it's currently slated as the second thing we're going to be tackling from that list of major features (journals are first). For more info on this, please check out the thread we posted earlier today regarding the feature survey results, which you can find here:

I am days new to RW and just getting my feet wet.

I think I have the big picture now. I spent a little time reading the request board and that helped too.

There is a lot going on, can be a touch overwhelming but the staff and community are pretty helpful so don't be shy.
