Seems to be a third-party spell.

Looks like it would be easy to add in the Editor.

This spell is also the name of a cantrip from 3.5 Adult sourcebook; Book of Erotic Fantasies as well. Does essentially the same thing, except for the entire body. Such a shame that book gets such a bad reputation. A lot of good stuff in it, even if you don't use the... over the top content.
