Help request- in regards to weapons

I'm hoping for a step-by step overview on how to add some things with the authoring tool to 4e, and they are the following:

* How to add a new weapon category that can be accessed on the
weapon category drop-down menu.

* How to add a feat for enabling a player to use said new weapon category.

* How to add new ammunition requirements to a weapon.

* The process on how to make a new weapon that's accessible, purchasable (and purchasable) in the character creation screen.
