How to build an Edge that you can take once at each Rank

OK, so in my latest endeavor, I have run into two feats that you can take once per level. Both of them, allow you to take other Edges that are not normally available to you. In one case, you are allowed to take ANY Edges, regardless of Rank restrictions, as long as you qualify in every other way. The second allows you to take specific Edges that are restricted to another race.

So ther eare a couple questions.

1) How do I build an Edge that I can take multiple times, once per Rank?

2) How do I build an edge that allows me to take another Edge, ignoring part of it's prerequisites?

Ah thanks, I was trying to think of an edge that was able to be taken every rank.

You mean automatically every rank? hmm.
