I have been all over the Lonewolf site and no where is there a portal to get to Herolab online without paying for it again.
How do I get to my account? |

Is there something going on, I can't log in from the main site...
I really don't want to pay for it again. |

Usually, when I searched google for it, the link went straight to it. Now, it brings up the main page.

You're gonna have to provide more details here for me to be able to investigate and/or assist. The herolab.online site has been operating without interruption since the deployment on Wednesday. And nothing should have changed anywhere. So I don't understand what problem you are encountering.

Alright, that link worked...
Where is it at on the main Lonewolf web site? I only can get the page where it lists the options to buy and no where to log in at all. |

Interesting. You would have thought that the page https://www.wolflair.com/hlo/ would have a link to the .online web site for current users.

Now that I understand the problem, this was my fault for not circling back since the start of the year. We were migrating everything to a completely new hosting environment, rolling out the initial rewrite of the server, and revamping the main website in January/February. There were quite a few rough edges back then, and the way things were behaving led to problems and confusion for a few users. So I had the confusing links removed and then forgot to circle back once everything stabilized to put them back in. We should absolutely get that fixed...
