Am I missing something here or is it a HL issue.

Printing and exporting to Custom Sheets is outside of what we "editors" can do. So if it does not print Powers I would put in an official bug report HERE.

I actually submitted this as a bug report earlier last week, and I just got an email last night that the issue is believed fixed for the next release.

I want to fix a feat for my own use that checks to see if the character is Focused. What is the tag that gets set when "Psi Focus" is checked on the psionics tab? It used to be Psionics.Focused but I tried that and it didn't work.

Yea it changed when certain parts where moved into the CORE. Anyways its "Hero.PsiFocus".

Anyone interested Psionics package is up on GitHub which is a source code repository. So people can see what is being worked on and we have a issues tracking section HERE. So feel free take a look and mention anything that is not listed as open or closed.
