There were familiar-related issues fixed in each of the last two weeks' releases, so please be more specific about which bug you're concerned about.

Sending more tickets doesn't really help if one's already been sent. Posting a question here is the best bet, since we should see it and make sure it's been logged properly. Usually it's just a case where we need a chance to get to it, but once in a while something does fall through the cracks. As Mathias said though, we've fixed a few familiar issues recently, so if you are still seeing issues please let us know exactly what.
