Really? I've had no issues putting user files into my Pathfinder directory on this Windows 8.1 laptop.
Edit: Okay, I tried downloading the stock portfolio from the link on the Think Tank, opened Hero Lab in M&M3, opened the Game Data folder from the Tools menu, opened a Windows Explorer window into the Downloads folder, and dragged and dropped the stock folder into it without an error. I then imported a copy of Ambush Bug into the new portfolio, so I know it all works. I am running Classic Shell on the Win8 desktop, but I don't know if that would make a difference. Edit 2: I do have "Hidden items" checked under the View menu in Windows Explorer.
