Customize Spiritualist Phantom Emotional Focus Skills

I'm having trouble finding a way to customize a spritualist's phantom. There is PFS scenario that grants access to a variant Despair phantom that has a higher starting INT and replaces Stealth with Knowledge (Religion) for their emotional focus skills (which grants ranks equal to the phantom's hit dice, and grants skill focus to the spiritualist when the phantom is not manifested). Changing the starting INT is easy enough, using the Ability Score (Starting) adjustment, but I've been unable to figure out how to adjust the emotional focus skills. Anyone have suggestions?
