Data Set errors

Just loaded the update and now I getting this. The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors.

The following errors occurred:

File: PFRPG_Bestiary_Variants.user (line 598) - Thing - Duplicate record encountered ('rGhast')
File: PFRPG_Curse_of_the_Crimson_Throne_AP.user (line 709) - Thing - Duplicate record encountered ('rVampSpawn')

Was working fine before update.

The error comes from a conflict with d20pfsrd - Community Bestiary 1.7. Remove it and error disappears.

Getting the error as well. Will try to edit and remove the problem as well.

The update must have added something with the same names as what the community created. Yep they did: Added the missing Monster variants from Bestiary 1, 2, and 3!

Will take a look when I can this weekend. But if you simply used the editor to slightly change the Thing ID in the two files above you could prevent the issue without uninstalling the whole addon.

P.S. - Its at least super late tonight or Saturday before I will be anywhere near HL to fix this.

v1.8 is released and this issue is now fixed. Thanks to everyone for reporting it.

ShadowChemosh, you may also want to check what other variants were obsoleted by official versions. I believe we should have all the variant races from those books accounted for - there might be other duplicates in the community bestiary that didn't end up sharing Ids, but are still duplicated.
