Hi
It is possible to be create a squad leader in terminator armour, the army builder does not give you the option to. |

Because the codex does not allow you to...
Note that the Squad Leader for the Long Fangs is NOT the same as making a Wolf Guard model a Pack Leader for the Long Fangs, they are two completely different things. The latter would be the way to do what you would want, and in that case you just build a Wolf Guard model and arm it however you want using the Wolf Guard entry and during the game you would assign him to the Longs Fangs.
