Subject: Help with Conversion to v2.0 problems???

Rob & Colen (or anyone else who can help),I have a fairly large augmentation file I created for WarhammerFantasyfor AB v1.4, and am trying to bring it over to v2.0. I haveoneproblem which is showing up (which were fine in v1.4) that Ican't seemto find out what's causing the problem:I created a special character, and gave him two magicalweapons.They're not showing up when I choose him. Subject: quick question

I am building files for CarWars. I'll be in and out to ask question
here and there.

Does anyone know how I can duplicate the experience increment as it
is done in Mordheim. I was looking for the files or something on it
but I can't find it. I'll also be looking to increase stats as the
advancements are done in Mordheim...

Anyone help?

Yuck! What in the name of god happened to all your carriage returns?

It sounds like the weapons are being restricted so he can't get them.
What's the attribute you're using for that? It'll be ityp, irac or ireg.

Option attribute, 'rang'.

I wish I knew! Sorry about that, they were there when I typed the message,
and I've put them in above for reference if you need them.

I don't have any ityp, irac or ireg listed for either him or his weapons
(I'm not even sure I know what those are anymore, since it's been months
since I originally did this file - I'd have to pull out my manual). What I
listed above is literally all of the stats for everything, with the single
exception of a few notes/comments.

Any other thoughts?

Are you sure the 'Weapon' category has the abbreviation 'weap'?
Obviously it sounds logical, but it could be some other category.

Add the Headless Horseman and click the * button to see what magic items
he can take. Go to whatever category the sword and pumpkin should be in
- are they there?

To whoever does/did the Mordheim data files:

I found one slight problem so far - Bretonnian Squires are allowed to take
bows according to the Town Cryer, but it's not an option available to him
through ArmyBuilder.

I took care of this in my file, but just so everyone else knows, too...

Subject: Chaos retinue Aspiring champs

Hi,

I just downloaded ABlite and I'm very impressed. I think I'll have
to
give up my spreadsheet based army lists. However, there is one
problem that I'm having ...

I would like to take a terminator retinue for my chaos lord.
However,
I want to upgrade all of the members of the retinue to aspiring
champions. I seem to be able to add all of the aspiring champs I
want
but, the first 5 terminators are still there. How do I upgrade them
to aspiring champs or get rid of them and still have the champs?

Oh yeah, it specificially states in the codex that, "any number of
members of the retinue may be upgraded to Aspiring Champions". So, I
should be able take a terminator retinue and upgrade 'em all I
believe.

Anyone know what to do? Thanks!

Easy, whenever you add an aspiring champ, you can use the minus button on
the regular guys to reduce their numbers (remeber the minimum of 5 in the
retinue). Also if you want ot save space and some of you rchamps are armed
with the exact same stuff, use the plus button instead of clicking the add
champion box.
