Changeling has a lot of optional rules that can be sued, is there going to be a way to activate and deactivate these slightly varied rule-sets?

Yeah, dual kiths, I know most of the optional rules aren't something you would actually encounter in a character, it's more system optional rules but for the few that do encounter a character, it makes it much easier.
