Indeed.

Have basically built as a 1st level character with student of the plague feat, getting the multiclass tab available.

Have progressed the build level-by-level to level four, then chosen he "Novice Power" feat. At this stage I get the appropriate error for having too many class encounter abilities and remove the level 3 one, and gain the option of a multiclass ability.

However it says no options available.

I have also tried building it directly as a level four character, only chosing one ability for the main class, however still get "no options available".

Would it be any use emailing you the character profile?

There should be a new D&D compendium update out tomorrow I think; it's possible that once I do the update for that, and you run the downloader again, it'll fix stuff. If that doesn't work, I have some ideas for other stuff to try - please ping me in this thread after the new 4e files come out, and you run the downloader, and you still experience the problem.
