Optional Rules

Are there plans to put some of the optional rules from the DMG into use. I really like the proficiency dice.

If it isn't in the SRD it won't be added by LWD, but I'm sure that the community working on adding 5e mechanics will get to it eventually.

That was my question. I know that it's not part of the SRD. I hope that WotC will let LW be the character creator for DnD
