Hello,

I have what is most likely a frequent question but I cannot find the answer.

Suppose I have a unit "A" with options 1,3,5
And a child unit "B" with options 2,4,6

There exists a 1:1 relationship between 1,2 and 3,4 and 5,6

How do I get unit B to automatically pick the corresponding option (2,4, or 6) based on what the user selects for A (1, 3 or 5)?

If it helps, pretend that Unit A is Knights and Option 1 is Barding
Unit B is Knight Leader and Option 2 is Leader Barding.
If the Knights take Barding the (child) leader unit must take Leader Barding.

Thanks in advance for your help,
John

Is there a difference in the Barding for the Knights and the Barding for the Leader?

Thanks,

Keith

Maybe have option 1 activate a hidden option a. Option A exists for
units A & B, and activates option 2.

If I am reading this right, you want B to select 4 if A selects 3
You can do this with the local attribute mirr in the child

mirrption

The specified option, given by its unique id, must always maintain
the same selection state (selected or not) for this unit as is
currently the state in the parent regiment. This attribute is only
applicable if there is a parent unit that can be mirrored.

Cheers,
Graham T.
