You may need to contact LW about this. I can't currently duplicate any issue. Is it related to a specific character or any character?

For Windows I would download and install a free PDF Printer like PrimoPDF. I have to assume such things exist for Macs. Try a google search...

I tried it on my PC at home, and it works fine, it's just creating a .htm file, no idea why the mac fails.

The is a pdf plugin you can download from within HeroLab. I just don't know if it can be used outside HeroLab.

You can find and download it under Latest Updates. 2nd from the top: PDF plugin for Windows (v1.6)
