Sewer Dragon Background and Other Chronicle Boons

Can anyone tell me how I find or load certain Chronicle Sheet Booms? Such as Fluent in Cyclops, or the Sewer Dragon Background for Kobolds. Is this something that's going to be implemented with the Hero Lab Code on the Chronicle Sheets?

I was looking for the Sewer Dragon option, too.
