Adding another Computer

I currently have 2 comps my work and home computer and im getting a lap top and want to put herolabs on there how much does each additional computer cost?

It seems that there's a fair amount of misinformation being posted in various places. Can you please point out where this is occurring so that we can endeavor to make sure accurate information is posted in those locations?

So my question is how many extra licence can I buy i purchased one and want to buy another i thought u got two and could buy two additional

It might be telling me I cant because I just upgraded to windows 7 and re downloaded for my work lap top

That's accurate. When you purchase Hero Lab, you are issued one license number, but you are granted access to a second free license for use on another computer. If those aren't enough, you can purchase up to two additional licenses, allowing you to run HL on four different computers.

If you are not trying to exceed the four license limit, the error is probably indicating something else as the problem. Please re-check the error. Most likely, the error indicates a problem with a specific license number, such as trying to use in on an unrecognized computer shortly after transferring the license to a new computer. If the error is not clear, you can post here on the forums for clarification. However, getting just about any error resolved will require sending an email to tech support, which will allow us to get specific access to your information on our server so we can figure out what the problem is.
