Adding Stats to Special Materials

Hiya All

I'm trying to add some home brew rules into hero labs and I am having difficulty.

Mostly it is the special materials and some feats/traits.

For this post let's tackle special materials and use Mithral as an example (forget that it is already there.) Half weight I can figure out, but I'm having trouble getting the -10% arcane spell failure, +2 max dex bonus, and -3 armor check penalty.

I'm not really a programmer but stumbled through a couple of traits. I told my group that anything that is not in hero lab is unavailable, so some feats/traits and the special materials are out (for now). Once I get the items fixed I'll try to tackle the feats again. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Is this for Pathfinder or d20? The answer could differ in each case. I'll move it into the correct folder in this forum once I know which folder that is.
