Minor bug for Adept

Creating an NPC adept, and at 1st level you can choose a familiar without getting a validation error. Adepts are not supposed to get familiars until 2nd level.

Burning Hands is not included in the Adept spell list for 1st level spells (DMG page 108, I have the special edition with print date of October 2005)... I checked before posting and notices Bless (1st level) and Lightning Bolt (3rd level) are missing as well (Hero Lab V1.2a dated 25-Sep-2007).

Thanks for the report - this will be fixed in the next update.
