I just got HL licensed on my work PC. I opened it this morning and saw that SW needed an update. Before I updated, I opened and RoC was fine. I updated, and checked again. RoC was just fine.

Kiros, can you send me a screen shot of the error you are getting? Are you running on a MAC?

tatteredking, the file you sent me works fine. No problems at all. When I brought up herolab I saw that there was an update. I updated then put the file in and it worked perfectly. Thanks again for the file.

Working fine for me, too, if that makes any difference.

EDIT: Unless the question is about seeing them released and available among the "Savage Settings" from the official Hero Lab distribution channel. In which case I think that would entail Lone Wolf having some kind of licensing agreement with Reality Blurs. Barring that you'll just have to have a data files author share it with you privately.
