Authoring kit pdf

I've just had to rebuild my PC due to a hard drive crash and reinstalled ab3.1c. There doesn't seem to be the pdf for the authoring kit any more that was shipped previously - or was it available somewhere else??

In the third section of the first page (ab_kit.htm) of the Authoring Kit manual is the following:

The Authoring Kit documentation is also available in PDF format on the web. The PDF version requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. You can download the PDF document by right-clicking on the link below and selecting "Save As..." from the menu presented.
