For the love of all that is Holy, make this a option that can be turned off by the user. Like Parody, I prefer to open multiple tabs instead of relying on the individual tab history - the only time I tend to navigate back is when I accidentally follow a link instead of opening a new tab (a preference to "always open links in a new tab" would be most welcome as well).
Basically for me, every time I am done with anything I get a nuisance box popping up that adds an unnecessary click. This is definitely my single biggest gripe with the Realm Works UI, and it would be completely obviated by a preference check box. Please, please, please Lone Wolf - let the users decide if they want this behavior or not. |

I second this.
Vargr Deputy Calendar Champion Legend has it, that the Tarrasque is a huge fighting beast, perpetually hungry. Sleet entered History when he managed to get on the back of a Tarrasque only to be ridden out of History shortly after. Using Realm Works, Worldographer (Hexographer 2), LibreOffice, Daz3D Studio, pen & paper for the realm World of Temeon and the system LEFD - both homebrewed. |

This is a usability issue. Usability issues are best left to users to decide on. IF they find it annoying that they lost the history then they can re-tick the option to show the warning. If they don't find that annoying then don't force on them something they do find annoying instead. |

Yes, look at Chrome. You can close a Tab, but it has a "recent tabs closed" option. Its awesome.

I just noticed on my lunch break that there is now a "do not show this message again" check box on the Close Tab dialog. Hallelujah!
Thanks LWD! |

As JustinThomason has mentioned, this was added in a recent release. If you are not seeing this, check for updates. Personally, I don't check it as I like the warning to protect me from my tendency to click before thinking. :-)
