So, Windows 10 updated today, and as per in this situation when I launch Hero Lab next it says that I have to move my licence to my "new" system. However, when I try to do so it tells me that it cannot access the Lone Wolf licensing system.
I cannot see anything on line saying that the servers are down for any reason. Does anyone know anything please? (PS Yes, of course I need to print out a bunch of characters in the next 24 hours. Isn't that always the way?) |

It was weird; I managed to get it to confirm by using my phone's hotspot rather than the house wifi and that was fine. But the house had clearly been working, as I was able to post here.
