Is there anyway to take data from one realm to another?

Not yet. We need the content market in place, I believe, since that will be the method to "share" data with other Realms (including your own).

Marketplace is the next big thing the team is focusing on, but beyond that I am not sure of the timeline. Almost certainly before Half-Life 3.
