I have had the same problem for months now. I also have to use my laptop to build lists when before it worked fine on my computer.
Like the original poster, I try to make a list and at some point the program just closes... No error reports, no warnings, just closed. I followed the advice listed above and "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." was the result of of my efforts. I recently renewed my license and really would like to use Army Builder on my Windows 7 64 bit desktop. Has anyone had this problem and successfully fixed it to make the program operable? |

I am also getting the sudden crashing of the army builder. Within a couple minutes of trying to do a list. The screen will change, the top left corner goes blank with just the background showing. It doesn't close, but when I click on it again and another portion of the screen goes blank. You click on it again and the program finally shuts down. Occasionally it will shut down immediately I have reloaded the program completely twice. Completely removing the folders, then reloading. But it is still crashing. There has to be something that is causing this. I have been using it for years with no problem, now within the last couple months I have problems every time I use it.

I've been enjoying these random, but consistent crashes too. I run win7 64bit w/12gb ram. It's annoying, but not unusable. I've learned to save often.
