I'm currently hammering out a way, with colen, to set the size of child units which might be useful for things like the Orca...It's the sizelimit thread in the armybuilder authorkit forum...

BTW I figured out how to use an option selection to control the size of a child unit...interested?

Wouldn't that just be using the "Size" script on Options?

That's one of the things I need to revisit in the Tau fleet.

Pretty much...max trait size script and start size script both at "this.selection"...

A thought for Tau orbitals...you could make the standard section piece max of 5 models and then make all of the optional pieces "effective"...that way they would automatically keep the unit model count to the same...

Well, I implemented them a bit differently. The Core module is a unit, and then the optional modules are implemented as items, just like ship weapons now are.

If anyone wants a sneek preview, Private Message me with an e-mail address I can send you the file to. I would be nice to have a little feedback.
