Hey gang, I'm currently running the Skull and Shackles AP and I've found that the grindylow creature is listed in HL as a CR 1 that awards 400xp when it should be a CR 1/2 that awards 200xp. All other statistics, as far as I can see, are correct.

I was wondering if anyone had run into that issue as well and what their solution was to the problem. As of right now, I'm just going to copy the entry in the editor, change the CR to .5, save it out as Grindylow Correct or something like that.

On second thought, I can't copy it because it's from a suppliment. Hrmm.... This may be trickier than I thought.

You can import from the encounter builder, into a portfolio.

And then with Shadow's adjustments, add a challenge rating modification.
Give it -1 (I believe that will turn CR 1 into CR 1/2, but it might be more or less than -1, depending on starting CR value of a different creature).

Then you can save the portfolio.

When you need this creature, import from the saved portfolio rather than add from the encounter builder.
The import will have all the adjustments you've made, including the adjusted CR.

That worked! I went into the adjust tab and picked a miscellaneous Challenge Rating adjustment. -1 made the CR go down to 1/2. Thanks a bunch, Ualaa!

You should report errors using the bug report/support request page - that's what will get it properly fixed.
