Where are spikes for armor and shield?

Hey, I am looking for the spikes that appear on the core rulebook, that can be attached to the armor or shield so it can change the damage dice, because I have a warrior that fights using a spiked shield and deals shield bashes, so where do I found the spikes please?

You add them like a special ability when making the shield.
