I know Realm Works an edit view that makes snippets white and a non-editable view that makes snippets gray. Is there any view that reduces a topic to just categories and snippets with data?

Not exactly.
You can trim a topic of empty snippets permanently if you want, but then you have to manually add them back in if you want to add data to the topic in the future. to do so F7 (or click the hammer and wrench icon at the top of the topic pane) -> Quick Edit Content -> Remove Empty snippets -OR- Remove Empty Snippets and Sections my Realm Works videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZU...4DwXXkvmBXQ9Yw |

You can add them back automatically by choosing to resynchronise with the original category definition.

This is one of the more helpful keyboard shortcuts in Realms Works, IMO.
SHIFT-CTRL-` Will remove all your empty snippets. Very handy. [Edit - that's shift-ctrl-tilde, not apostrophe, in case you can't tell] |
