Harrow Points (Curse of the Crimson Throne)

Greetings,

I see where these are located in the In-Play tab, but they're always set to 0. Where do you actually assign the correct stat and number of harrow points?

I think that you just use to right arrow to how many you gain from the Harrowing and then use the left arrow to subtract them as you use them.
