How do we add in the data from Pathfinder Chronicles into this? I want to use the Holy Warrior (Cleric variant), but am unsure how to go about it.

You design a new class with the Editor.

The first step I would suggest would be to open up Hero Labs, and then go to the Tools menu at the top. Open up the Editor. Then in the Editor Menus at the top, go to the Help Section.

This will open a series of HTML pages that explain the Editor basics, and provide a series of Tutorials. These tutorials might not explain everything, but they might explain enough for you to do what you want to do. Especially since this is a variant to an existing class. For example, you might be able to pull up a copy of the cleric class, modify it, and save it as the Holy Warrior class.. which might be easier than building it from scratch.

I know this sounds a lot like "Go read the manual", and I regret that. On the other hand, if you go through the tutorials you really will have the basics, and the context and frame of reference to ask more detailed questions.

It's also a place to start.
