Skaven Clan Pestilens bug

The validation rule for Plague Censor Bearers <= Plague Monks does not work properly in a Clan Pestilens list. It always shows as an validation error regardless of the number of Plague Monk units. It works fine for a normal list.

As a first foray into the data files I tried to track it down myself but I couldn't figure out where the problem is. I will keep looking though.

I believe I may have found another bug although this one appears to apply to all Skaven armies. A Plague Deacon is not flagged as Frenzied.

Found another unfortunately,
Rat swarm cost/poison in a clan P army
Clan P must have Poison Rat Swarm so cost 65 is correct but the Poison is not flagged.
Because it's not Flagged the list is always invalid unless you Flag it manually then it puts another 20 pts/unit on.
