Any thoughts to getting Warhammer Fantasy Role Play 4th in as a source for Hero Lab?

Your best option would be to contact Games Workshop and ask them about HL support. From comments I've seen in other forums, they don't seem interested in doing that. Without permission/authority from GW, you'd probably have to use the Authoring Kit, and you shouldn't distribute the files.
