Screen Tips Feature Request

I would like to request the screen tips in content links remain indefinitely while the mouse is hovering over the content link. Right now they disappear after a few seconds.

If possible it would also be nice if content elements had an option to display screen tip information. That way you cold hover over the content link for the topic and get brief information on any topic. This would speed getting brief information when there is no need to open the content link. Obviously if you need more information you can open the topic.

This is one of the great things i love about Hero Lab. When you hover over a character ability, skill etc., a screen tip pops up with more detailed information and it stays there as long as you are hovering over it so you can read it.
