WH40K roster images?

How do I get images to print on the roster?
I have loaded in custom images for each of my units and detachments.
But when I go to print preview I am not seeing them.
Actually the Detachment one did show up for one of them.

Go to Tools, click on Manage unit images. In that window, go to Units in Roster Tab. For each image you want to be printed assure that Printed image check-box is checked.

Then go to settings click on Advanced output settings. In that window assure that Include User Images check-box is checked.
