I put together a small Pathfinder data set that replaces spell and magic item names with their "original" names. For instance, importing the data set will replace Interposing Hand with Bigby's Interposing Hand, Handy Haversack is Heward's Handy Haversack, etc.
The file is in my updates.xml listed in my sig (there's also my Forgotten Realms Setting work-in-progress file as well). Let me know what you think!
