autoadd on entities?

for some sets of mechanika armor, certain components are already pre-defined. For example, if you buy Warcaster Power Armor, it already has the "capacitor" option set to a particular capacitor.

I tried Bootstrapping the option, but since the Pick Source isn't the chooser, but set to actor, the chooser table is blank on the popup window. Which then allows for you to pick 2 Capacitors, which is impossible.

It seems like autoadd should be the thing, but that seems to not be available to anything below the actor level. And I don't think there's a way to set the pick source of a bootstrap to be a particular pick source.

Suggestions? I've thought about this dual-portal solution where the choosertable is hidden and replaced with label portal with the bootstrapped item, but that seems a little over-engineered.

Update: So this seems to be a problem specifically with the Chooser_Table. The table_dynamic that I use for multiple RunePlates shows everything I bootstrap... What am I doing wrong?
