NPC Vault

As valuable as I find the NPC vault, I think it would be fantastically useful if there was a way to upload NPCs that I create for other people to use. Sortable by metatype or contact type or location it would allow other GMs to rapidly populate the casts for their campaigns. It would even be nice to have the ability to download all NPCs associated with a location (Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Miami, Vladivostok, Tokyo, etc) so that a GM could easily build them into a campaign arc and offer them as contacts to players.

With the current implementation you can KIND OF do this by cloning a character, adding it to a campaign, inviting the player to the campaign, and then setting the character to be controlled by the player.

I'm talking about creating NPCs for use by other GMs, not players in a campaign that I'm running.
