Backgrounds

The list of backgrounds seems incomplete, I only get Forgotton Realms Backgrounds. Is this just a problem with my downloader (I have a D&DI account)

Unfortunately the only backgrounds available are the core forgotten realms ones - if you look at the D&D compendium, there's nowhere (that I can see, at least) that lists the backgrounds where they can be retrieved.
