I'm facing a peculiar issue. I find that I can only have one portfolio file open at a time on one of my computers but on another I can have about a half dozen portfolios open at the same time.
How can I configure Hero Lab on the computer that currently will only open and run one portfolio file at a time to run the multiple ones like my other computer does? Thanks. |

Inside HL, make sure that in the Tools menu...Diagnostics, the "Enable Debug Tracing" option is NOT turned on.
If that's not the problem, do the computers have different OS's? |
