I've got a personal copy of the WM files with Kislev added, but I'm
not the official maintainer of the files, so I don't really want to
distribute them without his blessing.

Yes, I will have the Kislev files for Warmaster available in the
next few days. It's actually been done for about two weeks now but
between being a first time father and moving I've been a little
bit overwhelmed.
